Biography

Prof. LIU Chunhua has been with City University of Hong Kong since 2015, where he is currently a Chair Professor in Electrical Energy Engineering. He has published over 350 refereed papers. Additionally, he is an RGC Research Fellow, a Distinguished Lecturer/Speaker of IEEE VTS, and has been recognised among the top 2% of the World's Scientists in reports by Elsevier and Stanford University since 2020. Prof. Liu serves on the editorial boards of 8 SCI journals. Moreover, he is the Chair and founder of both the Hong Kong Chapter of IEEE VTS and the Hong Kong & Guangzhou Joint Chapter of IEEE IES, respectively.
