Biography

Dr. Di Zhang is an RGC Junior Research Fellow in the Department of Early Childhood Education at The Education University of Hong Kong. His research specializes in child development, educational psychology, and longitudinal studies, with a focus on exploring how environmental and cognitive factors influence children's mathematics achievement. Supported by the Research Grants Council, he leads the project titled "Family Environment, Spatial Skill, Numerical Ability, and Mathematics Achievement: A Longitudinal Study". Dr. Zhang has published extensively in SSCI journals, contributing valuable insights to early childhood mathematics education and cognitive development research.
