Biography

Dr. Krishna Savani is a Professor of Management and the Director of the Centre for Leadership and Innovation at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He studies culture, diversity, mindsets, decision making, and sustainability, among other topics. He has published nearly 100 articles in peer-reviewed journals. His work has been disseminated in Harvard Business Review and Sloan Management Review, and featured in the BBC, Forbes, and New York Times. His research has received numerous awards, including the 2021 Responsible Research in Management award by the Academy of Management Fellows, and the 2016 Rising Star award from the Association of Psychological Science.
