Biography

Dr. Suyan Pan is an Associate Professor at The Education University of Hong Kong. She has held academic and visiting positions at leading universities in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Toronto, and Cambridge (UK). Her interdisciplinary research explores the intersection of higher education policy, international relations, academic mobility, and citizenship education. Dr. Pan’s scholarly work is widely published in prestigious international journals, such as The Pacific Review, Compare, and the Journal of Education Policy. Additionally, she contributes to the academic community as an Editorial Board member for Higher Education Policy.
