Biography

Dr Hossain is a Professor of Government and Politics at Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. Dr Hossain was a Visiting Scholar for the SUSI Scholar Program for the Institute on U.S. Foreign Policy by the U.S. Department of State and the University of Delaware in 2023 and a postdoctoral fellow at The Education University of Hong Kong. He obtained his BSS and Master’s degrees in Government and Politics from Jahangirnagar University and a second Master’s in Public Policy Analysis from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS), Tokyo, Japan and PhD from The Education University of Hong Kong.
