Biography

Dr. Yuanbing Jiang currently serves as a Research Assistant Professor in the Division of Life Science at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). His research focuses on developing diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for neurodegenerative diseases based on proteomics and genomics. By establishing high-throughput multi-omics data, including the world’s 1st comprehensive profiling of Alzheimers blood proteome, he aims to develop novel biomarkers for neurological disorders, to enable early screening and monitoring of these conditions. Additionally, he integrates data analysis in human subjects with experimental validation in animal models, to uncover pathogenic factors of neurodegenerative diseases for therapeutic development.
