  • The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU)
  • Junior Member

Biography

Dr. Xu Hou focuses on multiphysics coupling optimization of ferroelectric functional materials and structures for solid-state cooling, high-power pulsed systems, and deep-space exploration. His research covers multiscale computation, microstructure–property relationships, and service reliability. He has published over 50 papers, including 20 as first/corresponding author (Nature Commun. 2) , with 1,600+ independent citations and an h-index of 22. He leads an NSFC Young Scientists Fund project, holds four authorized national invention patents, and serves as a Youth Editorial Board Member of Microstructures and reviewer for journals including PRL and Joule.
