Biography

Professor Jianyu Zhang is a tenure-track ZJU100 professor at Zhejiang University. He obtained his PhD degree in 2022 (Supervisor: Prof. Ben Zhong Tang). He was a postdoctoral fellow at HKUST and University of Groningen (with Prof. Ben L. Feringa, 2016 Nobel laureate in Chemistry). His research interests include organic luminescent materials, dynamic chemistry, and computational chemistry. He has published 127 articles, including Nature Photonics, Chemical Society Reviews, Journal of the American Chemical Society (7), Nature Communications (6), Angewandte Chemie International Edition (5), etc. His h-index is 45 with more than 5600 citations, and he was listed in the World's Top 2% Scientists.
