Biography

Qi Dou is an Associate Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Associate Director of IMIXR. Her research focuses on medical image analysis, computer-assisted interventions, and surgical robotics. She has published extensively in leading journals and conferences, with over 40,000 Google Scholar citations (H-index 82). Her work has received major awards, including the IEEE EMBS Early Career Achievement Award and multiple best paper awards. She is General Chair of MICCAI 2026 and an Associate Editor for leading journals in medical imaging, robotics, and AI.
